Hi Cyndi, I just wanted to send you a quick update. So far I have been sleeping like a baby. I honestly don't know if it is a placebo effect or more, but it doesn't matter...all that matters is it is working!
 
I was away overnight on Wed and it even worked then. Usually when I am in unfamiliar surroundings, sleeping is more difficult than usual. Wed night I woke up twice but was able to fall right back to sleep! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MORE RESULTS CLEARING AND NEUTRALIZING ENERGY TOXINS

LETTING GO OF OLD ENERGY INFORMATION: 

Hi Cyndi:  It was nice talking to you tonight.  I wanted to drop you a note to let you know about the awesome results I experienced from our tapping training we did on Friday.  As you know I have been plagued with this nagging hamstring injury for a little over a month.  Being a runner with a hamstring problem is not fun and very painful.  Over the last few days before our session I would go out for a run only to have my hamstring "sproing" on me a half mile to a mile into my run.  This would usually result in my walking back feeling very frustrated. 

Well, you and I did the "Tapping" training on Friday and I kept it up during the day and all day on Saturday.  Today I went out for a run and ran pain free for over 7 miles.  I couldn't believe it!  This really works!  I am going to continue the "Tapping" and getting healing energy flowing through my body instead of the negative energy I have been harboring.
