Hi Love,

I start today's news with a prayer,"I celebrate life,
Father. I thank you for my health, my happiness and my joy.
I celebrate life because You have helped me expand my
consciousness so that I have no fear of living while on the
Earth. Help me by guiding me so that I do not stumble and
fall. Show me the way that I might share any rewards or
any of Your manifestations of Truth with all of mankind."

people ask me what my background is in the healing arts. I
have chosen to send out my Gift of Inspiration on
Wednesdays. Thank you all for your positive input and

I have stumbled over the last two weeks yet I did not fall.
I had written my fifth Gift of Inspiration and it had been
out of panic that I wrote it. I wrote it with statistics
and not from my heart. The funny thing is, I sent it out
to everyone and no one received it. That day we had a
lighting storm and my satellite and computer system went
down. I think the email is floating around in cyber space
as I write this.

The information about toxins became information without
feeling. I recognize that anyone could find this
information if they tried and many times we do not because
it can be boring, frightening, and maybe feel like a waste
of time. Learning about how to live a healthy life can
only aid in your quality of life and quite possibly extend
it.

I have been so busy studying and sharing information that I
have forgotten to apply some of it to myself. There is a
lot that I do apply and I have decided to list the changes
that I make in my life to improve myself and then list the
information that I would like to apply that I have put off.
I know that there are many of you who do the same. How do
we motivate ourselves? It has to do with what we say to
ourselves and how we say it. The words we choose can have
a huge impact on what we do and accomplish.

First make an agreement with yourself to choose conscious
language. Be willing to go as far as you think you can and
then go even farther, now and now, and now....Live your
word, choose to choose, speak only what you choose to have
come into manifestation now and continuously. Upgrade your
Life into your Highest Choice and give yourself permission
to remember pure speech. Choose to make your upgrades fun
and easy and play the game of life with enthusiasm! Your
negative thoughts are what are poison and toxic. Cleanse
it away with positive thoughts and love.

Conscious changes that I have made: I no longer use Teflon
cooking pans. I threw all of them away. Several U.S.
manufacturers say they’ll eliminate a Teflon chemical
called PFOA from consumer products coated with the popular
non-stick material. PFOA, or Perfluorooctanoic acid, is
used in the production of common consumer products like
non-stick cookware, breathable all-weather clothing, and
stain-resistant materials. PFOA takes years to break down.
Research has shown that it's appearing in our blood and in
the blood of polar bears in the Arctic -- thousands of
kilometers away from the manufacturing plants that produce
the chemical. Eight companies, including giant DuPont Co.,
announced that they will stop using the chemical in Teflon
products by 2015, the Washington Post reports. You Have a
choice now to stop using these products. You will here
rebuttals that this is not true but come on, who is losing
money over this and who is losing their health.

I am sure that many of you are aware of the synthetic
fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals in our food
and water that are cancer causing in our bodies. Cleanse
your body of these killer toxins and eat organic food and
drink filtered, purified water whenever possible. Not only
is our drinking water toxic, the water we shower in is
absorbed through the skin. I have chosen to filter all of
my water in my house and buy organic.

Prevention for me is the best policy. I am not going to
wait until it is to late to change my habits nor should
you. Sometimes it is not the habit to change but the
products that we use. Studies show that petra chemicals in
our toothpaste, skin care products and shampoos are toxic,
cause premature aging and cancer. My choice these days are
petra chemical free, organic products. And yes, you will
find these on my website sooner then I had planned.

I have attached information on Natural Cellular Defense.
As I have express in past newsletters, this products
detoxifies chemicals from the body. We will never be
able to eliminate the everyday toxins that we are bombarded
with daily but we sure can detoxify as many as possible
from our bodies and life.

I am a powerhouse of information on health, fitness and
alternative medicine and for some reason I think because I
know all of this that it will keep me healthy and ageless.
Wrong again, the one thing that I have fallen short of is
increased exercise. Exercise releases toxins from the body
and stimulates the lymphatic system. (our immune system)
I always have excuses and more important things to do. I
realize this is a sabatoging thought and I choose to change
starting today. What have you been putting off that can be
life changing in your life?

Take Action Today! As you can see, there are many things
you can do to reduce your risk of cancer and disease. You
can choose organic fruits and vegetables, drink pure,
filtered water, quit smoking, increase exercise, reduce
your alcohol consumption, use organic preta chemical free
products and rid your body of toxic chemicals with the

dialogue. After all, it's your health and your life. Make
