Who is responsible for YOUR Wellness? 

While it is true that physical and psychological problems can occur each person still is responsible for finding effective solutions to dealing with the challenges in their lives.  Yet, when people sincerely try to develop coping skills and implement self-help strategies, they frequently find that it doesn't work for them. 

This type of situation is the hallmark of an energy related issue and out dated belief statements: you know how to solve the problems that you encounter, but for some reason you can’t make yourself do what is needed.

When I examine the beliefs that clients share with me, the word “can’t” is important because, as I contend, it isn’t a lack of knowledge or skill that causes your problems.  Instead, I believe that an imbalance in your energy system or beliefs sabotages your ability to achieve certain goals in your life and/or be capable of moving on with your life after a traumatic or stressful experience has occurred.  Once your energy system or belief statement is balanced, however, you will be able to develop the motivation and concentration that are required to accomplish your goals, and to do so with far less difficulty.
